RED VELVET, BLACK TUX & THE LIBRARY OF CONGRESS

What could be better then having the privilege of photographing a beautiful couple in The Library Of Congress. So when Shakila & Sam asked about an engagement session in D.C. this is where we wound up. After leaving The Library of Congress and Shakila changing into a dress she designed and made herself we walked around the Washington Capital grounds for more fun.
